Investing In Education.
Strengthening Our Workforce.
Supporting Our Community.
Tyler Junior College has served East Texas for generations — preparing students for good-paying careers, supporting local businesses and strengthening our community.
This bond proposal is about making sure TJC can continue meeting the needs of today’s students and tomorrow’s workforce.
Why This Bond Matters to Our Community
Tyler Junior College plays a vital role in shaping East Texas’s future. With this investment, we can make sure students have what they need to succeed — and our community has the workforce it depends on.
What’s At Stake
Preparing students for the workforce
TJC equips students with the skills and training needed for real careers that support our local economy.
Helping students succeed
When students can easily access support and resources, they’re more likely to stay on track and complete their education.
Strengthening East Texas
Education creates opportunity, stability, and long-term growth for families, businesses, and our region.
A YES Vote Is a Vote For
Career-Focused Classrooms
A new academic building will provide classrooms for students seeking careers in fields like engineering, criminal justice, and business, giving students hands-on training to prepare them for success in these high-demand industries.
Student Support That Works
One central place for advising, financial aid, admissions, and student services, making it easier for students to get the answers they need, stay enrolled, and graduate.
Better Safety and Security
TJC’s current data center is over 20 years old, and is housed in aging, insecure buildings. A new, modern data center, located with the TJC Police Department, means students will be safer - on campus and online.
